Refund Policy

Primary fee reimbursement (Trading Rules §10): the challenge registration fee is reimbursed 100% only as part of your first funded profit withdrawal after you complete evaluations, receive a funded allocation, and complete at least 10 funded active trading days (see Trading Rules §10). This reimbursement is automatic with that first withdrawal, not a separate discretionary refund. For the authoritative wording, always read /rules alongside this page.
When a discretionary refund may apply
Duplicate charge for the same plan (billing error) — contact support with receipts.
Failure to activate credentials within the published remedy window owing to a verified platform fault.
Within 14 calendar days of purchase: if no trade has been opened on the purchased evaluation, you may request cancellation and refund via Live Support (also stated in Trading Rules §10).
Mandatory rights under the consumer laws of your jurisdiction where they cannot be waived.
Generally not refundable
After any trade has been opened on the purchased evaluation, the registration fee is not refundable under discretionary policy except mandatory law (see §10).
Failures caused by exceeding 5% daily or 12% maximum static drawdown, or other Trading Rules breaches.
Voluntary withdrawal after trading has commenced, change of mind, or missed promotional windows.
Accounts terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, or Terms violations.
Relationship to first payout
The 100% fee return is not paid as a standalone bank transfer before funding; it is bundled into the first eligible funded profit withdrawal after the 10 funded trading-day requirement. Currency rails and taxes follow your payout agreement.
How to request operational refunds
Email support@axonfunded.com with order ID, purchase date, and evidence. Eligible duplicate or activation-error cases are reviewed within two business days where possible.
Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute without contacting support may result in permanent closure. Provide documentation so we can resolve legitimate issues quickly.
