Privacy Policy

This document explains how Axon Funded collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. It aligns with the published Trading Rules (including §9 — KYC). We do not sell your personal information for marketing.
1. Scope and Trading Rules
This policy supplements the Terms of Service and the operational requirements on /rules. Where KYC for funded traders is described, Trading Rules §9 is the operational standard. This page is a plain-language summary of data handling.
2. Data we collect
Account and contact details (name, email, country, and similar), payment metadata (transaction IDs and amounts at processors — full card numbers are not stored on our servers), technical data (IP, device and browser type, timing, essential security cookies), and trading/compliance records needed to run the programme.
3. KYC and identity (aligned with Trading Rules §9)
After you pass evaluation phases, identity verification is required for funded traders under AML expectations. Accepted documents: a clear scan or photo of a national ID, passport, or valid licence. Selfie rules (§9): ID in the left hand at chest height; dark clothing on a light or plain background; a clear image with no glasses and no digital filters; both shoulders and the full face in frame. Proof of address may also be requested. Processes may be handled by contracted subprocessors.
4. How we use data
To set up accounts and dashboards; process challenge fees and profit withdrawals; authenticate and prevent fraud; monitor rule compliance; send service and security notices; improve security and reliability; and meet legal obligations.
5. Legal bases and retention
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security and anti-fraud), and legal obligation. Retention periods vary by data category and AML rules. Contact us to request access to your data.
6. Sharing — we do not sell personal data
Personal data is not sold. Sharing is limited to payment processors, identity providers, contracted infrastructure hosts, professional advisers where needed, and competent authorities as required by law. KYC is not used for unrelated marketing.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege admin access, and monitoring. No system is risk-free. Protect your login credentials and report suspected compromise immediately.
8. International transfers
Processing may occur outside your country of residence. Where required, safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are applied.
9. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port data. Legal retention may limit deletion. Requests: privacy@axonfunded.com
10. Children
The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes are published on this page with a new date.
