This Privacy Policy explains how Axon Funded collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. It is designed to align with our published Trading Rules (including Section 9 — KYC). We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing.

1. Scope & relationship to Trading Rules

This policy supplements the contractual relationship described in our Terms of Service and the operational requirements in the Trading Rules at /rules. Where KYC is described for funded traders, Section 9 of the Trading Rules is the operational specification; this page summarises data handling in plain language.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact data: name, email, country, and similar fields you provide when registering or purchasing. Payment metadata: transaction references and amounts as processed by payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers where card rails are used). Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, and cookies necessary for security and session management. Trading and compliance records: activity logs required to enforce programme rules.

3. KYC & identity verification (aligned with Trading Rules §9)

After passing evaluation phases, funded traders must complete identity verification in line with AML expectations. Accepted documents: a high-quality scan or photo of a valid national ID, passport, or driver licence. Selfie standards (as published in §9): hold your ID in your left hand at chest level; wear dark clothing against a light or plain background; the image must be clear, without glasses, and without digital filters; both shoulders and your entire face must be visible. Proof-of-address documents may be requested where required for disbursement or compliance. We use verification workflows and subprocessors bound by data-processing terms.

4. How we use your data

We use personal data to: operate accounts and dashboards; process challenge fees and profit withdrawals; verify identity and prevent fraud; monitor rule compliance; communicate service and security notices; improve reliability and security of the platform; and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Legal bases & retention

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and legal obligation where applicable. We retain data for as long as your relationship is active and for additional periods required by law (including AML record-keeping). Exact retention varies by category; contact us for subject-access requests.

6. Sharing — no sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: payment processors; identity-verification providers; hosting and infrastructure vendors under strict agreements; professional advisers where required; and authorities when compelled by lawful process. We do not allow subprocessors to use your KYC for unrelated marketing.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege administration, and monitoring. No online system is perfectly secure; you must protect your credentials and report suspected compromise immediately.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your residence. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port certain data, and to object to some processing. Regulatory retention may limit deletion. Contact privacy@axonfunded.com for requests.

10. Children

Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
