Common questions
How do I reset or retake after a failure?+
Official Trading Rules §12: a 20% discount on a new challenge may be available if you purchase within 24 hours of deactivation — contact support for the code. Any separate promotional reset offers appear only in your product/checkout communications.
When will my payout be processed?+
Funded payout timing and conditions are defined in /rules §11 (including the first withdrawal after 10 funded trading days, then on-demand rules, no open positions, and full-profit withdrawals). Reviews are typically completed within about 24 hours once submitted.
Why was my account closed?+
Most closures are automatic when the 5% daily or 12% static maximum drawdown is touched, or when prohibited technical abuse or password rules are breached — see /rules §2, §5, §14–§15.
How long does KYC take?+
KYC is required after passing evaluation phases before a funded account is issued (/rules §9). Reviews are often completed within about 24–48 business hours depending on queue load.
